Performing an Inspection
Greenwaldt Building Inspection Services provides a visual
observation and performance evaluation of the major working components of the
home at the time of inspection. We perform building inspections on all homes,
commercial buildings, new constructions and all kinds of buildings. This in-depth visual inspection typically takes
2-3 hours and covers over 125 items including:

The Written Report
The written report is comprehensive and available to the
client on site. The report includes:
- 13 pages of detailed records and assessments of features
and conditions
- 9 pages of explanatory remarks to assist the buyer in
evaluating the various aspects of home inspection
